Mary Grubbe was a mother, grandmother and adored friend to her family and
friends. She passed away after a long battle with breast cancer, but not
before taking care of her four daughters and loving husband.

There are many fond memories of this loving woman who took care of my sister
and I while our Mom was finishing her Masters degree in Spain and our Dad was
at work. She never let cancer dictate her life, but accepted the challenge
with courage and humility.

I'm voluteering my time in Mary's memory and for all the other people who were
not victims, but pillars of courage and strength.
