My Aunt Connie, a non-smoker, was diagnosed with terminal Stage 4 lung cancer about 10 months ago. She was admitted to emergency the day after her birthday, when the doctor advised her that both of her lungs were filled with liquid. After that date, she has been battling cancer. She has been a fighter. The cancer has spread to her brain and other areas in the body, which the doctors have not revealed. She has endured so much; her strength has been amazing. She doesn't complain about her pain and yet she has gone through so much pain. Her pain has changed my life as well as her strength.
